When you compete the import (prior step), Auction! creates a new project with your selected CSV file, and opens it for your review. After reveiwing, merge this information with your existing gala project.
We recommend closing the online project, and opening the gala data first; this assures the most consistent bid numbers and best results.
Select the Bidding for Good menu and choose Merge.
Auction! displays the Merge Projects screen. Select the online items project and click Merge.
Auction! will merge the datasets and display a log of the results including any errors or warnings.
Congratulations! Your online and gala event data is now consolidated, in just seconds.
