What is Auctionpay? |

| Auctionpay Event Payments is an innovative solution designed to expedite processing bank cards
at your auction event. Your guests are more willing to bid; they won’t have to
stand in line at the end of the evening for checkout. You’ll need fewer
volunteers for checkout at the end of evening; they can enjoy the event. Your
organization runs a smoother, classier event. Everyone wins! |

How does Auctionpay Event Payments
work with Auction! software?

Guest names and bid
numbers are entered in Auction!

Your guests swipe
their credit cards, and their bid numbers are keyed in at reception.

The guests’ bid
numbers are sent via “Sync” to Auction!, so their names are
marked for Quick Checkout.

Following winning
bid entry, guest invoices are printed, indicating Quick Checkout. These
guests may pick up their itemized invoices, their items and be on their way.

Final balance due
amounts are sent via Sync from Auction! to the Auctionpay
terminal.

The Auctionpay
terminal settles the card transactions to your organization’s account.

The Auctionpay
terminal sends the results of settlement via Sync to Auction!
for balance reconciliation and reports.

The Sync Linkage enables rapid,
efficient and accurate identification of Quick Checkout guests, settlement
of balances due and recording of payments.

Is it hard to use?
Not at all—the credit card terminal interface for
Auction! is easy and is covered in
the User Guide. Auctionpay sends written instructions and provides a web
training session for your team a few days before your event.
When do I need to
decide?

Submit the
Client Agreement
no later than 3-6 weeks prior to your event to sign up for Event Payments and
to purchase your upgrade linkage,
so it’s enabled for your training session with Auctionpay.
