For Silent Items:
Select format just by clicking a page layout option, and preview margins on screen. Print all bid sheets, a range or specific Item Category. Select Quantity per Bid Sheet when using collated multipart form paper. When you click Print, your bid sheets will be previewed for you before sending them to your printer. Print the entire group, or just a few from the Print Preview screen.
On Bid Setup tab, select optional print elements, including pre-printed incremental bids, alternate column headings, and guaranteed (closeout) bid percentage.
Preview fonts for your Title, Description and Column headings.
For Live Items:
Under Print Options choose live.
