Enter winning bids quickly by just entering Item Number, Bid Number & Amount. Check the grand total up to the minute by clicking the "Show Bids & Totals for Event" button. Auto-Advance to next item # for fastest data entry (not enabled for Pledge/Party bids in screen shot below.)
Can't quite read the bid number or name? Click the Quick Name Lookup tab to identify bidders, and fill in their bid number for the item.
Check Items without Bids to make sure you've logged all the bid sheets.
Save & Delete are disabled until a complete bid is entered.
Pledge bids, or Party bids for multiple buyers, show all the successful bidders as you rapidly key them in. Number of bids and total of bids is shown with individual bids.
