Email

Email is your best choice for contacting Auction Systems for technical support, particularly evenings and weekends.  We check email often after hours, as well as during the day, and usually respond within a few (waking) hours.

Please include the following information in your email message:

  • Name
  • Organization and city/state
  • One or more phone numbers and times when we can call back if we need more information
  • Task you're attempting to accomplish
  • Software release on your computer (Help, About Auction!)
  • Specific difficulty encountered
  • Any additional information that may help us resolve this more quickly.
  • Have you attempted the same task in the Sample Project?  Please let us know if the results were different.

Auction Systems is located in the Mountain Time zone.  Our normal business hours are listed in Office Hours.  You are welcome to call for technical assistance during those hours.  Please leave a message if we are on the phone with other customers.  We'll be glad to call you back.

Outside of normal business hours, we check voicemail periodically, and will return your call, within a few (waking) hours.  Please leave a message noting:

  • Name
  • Organization and city/state (so we know what time zone you're in)
  • One or more phone numbers and times when we can call back

Pager

pager On event day, there's a lot going on, and you may need urgent assistance or guidance to handle something unforeseen.  We want your event to be successful; so we provide pager support.

Free Pager Terms of Use:

  • Technical Support MUST be up to date or "in force." 
    Auction! includes a full year of technical support with purchase.  After the first year, you may
    renew technical support, which includes pager coverage.
     
  • Your Auction! software must be up to date.  Updates for the purchased version are free on our web site.
     
  • The pager may ONLY be used on the day/evening of your event. 
     
  • During normal business hours, please try our regular support phone number first.

Sunday 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
Monday - Thursday 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
Mountain Time Friday & Saturday 8:30 am - 11:30 pm

Monday - Thursday noon - 10:00 pm
Central Time Friday & Saturday 9:30 am - 12:30 am
Sunday 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Pager support is not available:  Holy Thursday evening,
Good Friday afternoon/early evening,
Holy Saturday evening, Easter Sunday,
Thanksgiving day, Christmas eve, Christmas day or New Year's Day
  • Out of support?  Event day pager usage is $75 per incident, and may be applied to tech support renewal
     
  • Not on event day?  Pager usage is $75 per incident, and is not applicable to tech support renewal.
