Each user is independent, working on a private copy of the data.  Data can be merged together via USB flash drive or emailed backup.

Offline Capability:

 Team members can work at home or wherever is most convenient.  Communication among team members is essential.

Datasets:

Each event project is a separate dataset; no limit on the number of datasets.  Maximum 9,999 bidders, 9,999 items per dataset
