Printing to PDF is very handy when you wish to send a report to a team member, or for your printer to reproduce your catalog. Adobe Acrobat (full version) is a great tool, but many clients find it expensive. We are using PDF995, produced by Software995, very successfully. It has a slight delay before printing built into the free demo. When you purchase it ($9.95), the delay is removed. While not as sophisticated as Adobe Acrobat, we find it meets most of our needs for PDF output.
