Activities, Reservations:  Multiple ticket enhancement no longer indicated "self/host" for individual purchaser.  If ticket quantity matches number attending, self/host indication now restored to records.

Documents, Bid Sheets:  Datasets with only one category name did not have option to "print category" available on bid sheet setup.  Fixed.

Activities, Assemble Baskets:  Datasets with large numbers of basket components can now be manipulated much more rapidly.

Activities, Purchase Tickets:  When multiple tickets had already been purchased by a guest, and voids existed, re-display occasionally had errors.  Fixed.

Activities, Sequence Items, Manual:  The arrow button was enabled during sequencing, and could be clicked again before completing the prior re-sequence, resulting in a runtime error 35600.  Button now disabled until prior move is completed.

cMarket, Merge Data:  Lost donor information when merging cMarket data INTO original project (not the other way.)  Fixed.
cMarket, Merge Data:  Now requires exclusive access for network edition.

Documents, Catalog & Bid Sheets:  "Donor Name: " no longer prints when donor is blank or anonymous, and a "gap" is no longer left in Basket donor strings when one donor is anonymous.

Documents, Donor Receipts:  when receipt ran to second page, Invoice Header was printing instead of Receipt Header.  Fixed.

Documents, Bidder Invoices:  Datasets with large numbers of basket components now display invoices much more rapidly.

Documents, Bid Sheets:  Slim bid sheets with wide margins could have RT 380 errors.  Fixed.

Documents, Name Tags:  When "separate name tags" is not checked, the Print Titles status was ignored, and titles always printed.  Fixed.

File, Maintenance, Validate & Repair:  On a very few computers, running Repair & Recreate twice in a row deleted some files.  Fixed.

File, Merge Project:  When setting Error Log level greater than "errors only" and merging datasets with payment records in each, duplicate payments could result.  Fixed.
File, Merge Project:  When merging, clients are prompted to resolve any duplicate reservations, but often ignored/skipped the prompt.  Prompt now forces resolution when entering reservation screen or before other activities.

File, Open Project:  When clients had deleted partial projects, valid projects were also not displayed.  Fixed.

File, New Project:  When transferring basket components, but not silent or live items, the baskets retained information on "theoretical" container.  Fixed.

File, Refresh Project Database:  Bidder totals greater than 99,999,999.99 caused a runtime error during update of database totals.  Fixed.

Reports, Bidder Names:  When a guest purchases multiple ticket types and does not have a bid number, the purchase price may be indicated incorrectly.  Fixed.

Reports, Items & Purchasers:  (and possibly other reports)  Datasets with large numbers of pledge bids are now handled much more rapidly.

Settings, Event Preferences, Tickets:  When ticket type was saved without a value, the null value created an RT13 Type Mismatch error.  Save Ticket Type no longer enabled unless a numeric value is provided.

Settings, Switch to Exclusive Access:  When others had the data open, the switch did not succeed (correctly), but it left datasets in a condition that caused data validation by other users to show "Yellow" for Unknown.  May also have slowed performance.  Fixed.

Cosmetic Changes: 

Activities, Enter Winning Bids, Quick Name Lookup tab, Add Name:  When Quick Name was closed, cursor remained in Hourglass shape.  Fixed.

Activities, Reservations:  In datasets without ticket types, when ticket type is created "on the fly," buttons are not correctly enabled on initial attempt to add reservation.  Fixed.

Display Log:  Now simply highlights first occurrence of the word "error" and does not query the user for further searches.

File, Import:  In certain cases, the data preview wrapped strangely.  Import worked fine anyway, but display now correct.

Reports, Baskets:  Screen options enabled and disabled for more intuitive appearance.

Minor Changes and Enhancements, and Bug Fixes

Activities, Categorize Items.  Dragging the mouse to select a list of items now correctly enables the add or remove arrow buttons.

File, Import.  Handling of imported quotation marks improved.

Edit, Delete Name.  Network edition only.  When a second user had a name record open, and another user deleted the name on their screen, a runtime error occurred.  Now, if the second user attempts a deletion, they will simply receive a message that it has already been deleted.  If they save the name, it will be re-added to the project.

Edit, Delete Item.  Network edition only.  When two users edit the same item at the same time, and one deletes it, the other received a runtime error when deleting.  Fixed.  If the second user saves the item, it is re-added to the project.

Activities, Categorize Items.  Item categories are no longer case-sensitive; "ART" is now the same as "Art" and "art" when sorting by category or printing the catalog.  This means that to correct the display of a mis-capitalized item, you must remove the items from the old category, close the project, reopen the project, add the corrected category name, and put the items back into the category. 

Help, Check for Updates, Get Update.  When users clicked Get Update, the button was still enabled.  If the user re-clicked Get Update, a runtime error occurred.  Button is now disabled, preventing re-clicking.

Insert, Name.  When a user attemped saving a duplicate name, a key was assigned, and the check for duplicate name was subsequently skipped.  Fixed.

Reports, Financial Statement.  Wide fonts could cause report to hang.  Column widths adjusted.

Settings, Event Preferences, Project Name.  Revising the project name and tabbing off the screen caused a runtime 91 error.  Fixed.

International Currency Formats.  Improved handling of ticket pricing in other currencies, such as Pounds and Euros.

Cosmetic Changes

Activities, Categorize Items.  When displaying the form, the mouse cursor sometimes remained an hourglass.  Now returns to arrow pointer.

Activities, Purchase Tickets.  If the very first database name alphabetically is re-saved, the name appeared twice on the Reservations and Guest/Host dropdown lists.  Fixed.

Documents, Bid Sheets.  Bid sheet for an item whose donor was "anonymous," and no category still printed "Donor:  "  Fixed.
Documents, Bid Sheets.  Alignment improved when Item Categories and Bidder Name columns turned "off."

Documents, Bidder Invoices, Donor Receipts and Statements.  Added underline and boldface properties to the column headings: Estimated Donor Value and Purchase Price, to match font properties on "Purchases" and "Donations."

Main Screen.  Display showed company name in both company name and Last/First columns when there was no Last or First name for the record.  This was introduced when updating a ticket report, and is now fixed.

Reports, Items & Pricing and Items & Purchasers.  unchecking "Show Items without a winning bid" left basket items enabled.  Now correctly disables basket components.
