Cash and Service DonationsCash and service donations are always welcome at a fundraising auction. Perhaps a local company will donate use of a helium tank for blowing up balloons for decorations. A student's grandmother who lives far away may send a check. These gifts are not auctioned, but are part of your auction proceeds, either directly or by offsetting expenses. When they're recorded, they help you keep better track of the true event proceeds, and remember to thank these donors.

represented by the "coins and bills" toolbar button and enter a new item to reflect the
