Bid Preview SheetsIt's convenient to have a detailed, printed item description which may be attached to live auction items for the preview period. The auctioneer may use it as a convenient reference when the item is on the block. The auctioneer's assistant can write in the winning bidder number and amount on the form, providing a written record. Using the same format as silent item bid sheets, or a modified format, print Bid Preview Sheets by selecting live items to be printed. A sample Bid Preview Sheet for a Live Auction Item is shown. Guests can read details about Live auction items during the preview period. The auctioneer or assistant can write in the winning bidder and amount once the gavel comes down.
